| 摘 要： | 伯顿.克拉克的高等教育系统整合观点认为,高等教育工作组织及其伴随的信念产生各种权利关系,学科和院校单位通过国家、市场和学者的协调形成复杂的学术系统。这一观点对高等教育改革的启示在于:从各种权利关系及国家、市场和学者的协调出发解析高等教育系统,探求新型“大学、政府与市场”关系的冲突性及三者关系的调适。

| Abstract: | Burton R.Clark's higher education system holds tat,higher education working organizations and its accompanying beliefs produce various kinds of right relationship,and the complicated academic system is formed by the universities' coordination with government,market and scholars.The enlightenment of this view for the reform of higher education lies in the analysis of higher education system from various kinds of right relation and the coordination of government,market and scholars,and seeking the conflicting feature of new-type "university,government and market" relationship and the adjustment of the relationship of the three. |
