| 摘 要： | 2012年8月24日是韩中两国建交20周年纪念。20年建交,如同20岁的年轻人,充满活力。20年来,两国关系全面发展:1992年建交初期仅为64亿美元的两国贸易额,到2011年达到2206亿美元,增加了34倍。这一规模比韩国和美国、韩国和日本的贸易总额大得多。每年两国出入境的人数为600万余人,每周有800多个航班往返于两国之间。韩中两国外交关系的发展进程从1997年的合作伙伴关系,到2003年的全面合作伙伴关系,再到2008年的战略合作伙伴关系,一直不断提升。韩中两国不仅在双边关系层面,而且在东北亚地区、国际舞台层面都具有其独特性。在此背景下,更需要用长远的眼光,从两国的地缘关系、历史关系、战略关系等角度,进一步审视两国关系,重温韩中建交的必然性,展望两国的发展前景。

| Abstract: | Aug.24,2012 was the 20th anniversary for the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China,which was the beginning of a great era for the youth of the two countries.The total trade volume between the two countries increased from 6.4 billion US dollars in 1992,the first years the two sides established their diplomatic relations,to 220.6 billion US dollars now,up by 34 times,which was much bigger than the total amount of the United States,Japan and South Korea put together.Besides,the people into/out of the two countries were about 6 million person times.China and South Korea have been upgrading their diplomatic relations from the partnership in 1997 to the partnership of all-round cooperation in 2003,and then to the strategic partnership in 2008.The two countries are keeping a very special relationship in their bilateral relations in the Northeast Asian region and on the international stage.This paper analyzes the relationship between Korea and China from three angles： 1.geo-relations;2.historical relations;3.strategic relations;and describes the necessity and future prosperity of the development of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. |
