| Abstract: | The Paris Commune carried out a deepgoing reform covering the social politics, economy, culture, education, etc. during its existence, reflecting the historical initiative of the Paris proletariats and their revolutionary pioneering spirit. These initiative and spirit derived from the sense of public servant in the Paris Commune, which created again the brand-new proletarian democracy when combined with the brand-new regime. |
