| 摘 要： | 班级的文化建设,将会影响学生的兴趣、爱好、审美情趣、人生价值观以及对事业的追求。加强班级文化建设,是以体现以人为本的教育理念,提高学生的人文素质,培养学生创新精神的有效途径。班级文化建设主要表现为教室环境、班级设施、班级文化团体、人际关系、班风学风等。班级文化是一种无形的教育课程,具有一种无形的力量。

| Abstract: | The culture construction of a class will affect the students' interests,the hobby,the aesthetic flavor,the life notion and the pursuit for the career.By strengthening the culture construction of a class,We can embody the education thought for the human,improve the students' cultural fibre and grow their innovative spirit.The culture construction mainly consists of the classroom environment,the class facilities,the class culture group,the interpersonal relationship,the class atmosphere,and the academic discipline.The class culture is a bodiless education lesson and it has a bodiless education power. |
