| 摘 要： | 校企合作是实现高职教育人才培养目标的有效手段和重要途径。简要阐述了校企合作的意义,分析了目前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题,介绍了鄂州职业大学与广东深莱特科技股份有限公司开展校企合作的经验,特别指出了校企合作长效运行机制构建的"三部曲"。
