| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设的进程中,地方高校应准确把握新世纪高等教育的发展趋势,更好地发挥人才培养、科学研究和社会服务三大功能,主动发挥"人才高地"、"开发基地"和"培训场地"等作用,积极为新农村建设提供优秀人才、技术成果和培训服务。

| Abstract: | In the course of building the new socialist rural areas,local colleges should give their full play to the three functions,namely,talents cultivation,scientific research and social services.They should initiatively bring into full play the functions of "talents high land","development base" and "training centre",and positively provide the construction of the new rural areas with excellent talents,technical fruits and training service. |
