| 摘 要： | 我国女子铅球曾经在世界辉煌一时，但近些年来却出现了严重的滑坡，因而我们有必要进一步认识推铅球技术的发展趋势，从而提高我们训练的科学化水准。本文就推铅球的发展趋势从６个方面进行了分析，期望对提高推铅球水平有所帮助。
