| 摘 要： | 体质测试指标体系和评价方法的确立，关系到体质测定和监测的结论。本研究通过比较分析认为，相对于我国现行成年人体质综合评价的“平行法”，“要素法”能更好地反映出体质测定与人体健康的关系，是国民体质监测研究可资借鉴的一条思路。以“要素法”观点重新审视成年人体质监测结果，可以发现以往农民人群体质较差的结论并不全面。据此，本文提出制定国民体质测定标准指标上应突出重点；而在全民健身活动开展过程中，不同职业人群应加强健身的分类指导。
