| 摘 要： | 从运动心理学角度出发，分析了影响沙滩排球运动员预判能力的心理因素，旨在为沙滩排球运动员技战术水平的提高与正常发挥，提供一些可参考的建议。并在如何训练沙滩排球运动员所必需的心理素质方面，提出了一些相关的具体方法。
