| 摘 要： | 当前广西沿海高校物流管理专业教学存在重理论、轻实践、"职业性"体现不够等问题,物流管理专业实践实训教学改革势在必行.广西沿海高校物流管理人才培养应明确专业培养目标;导入激励培养机制;整合优化现有教学体系;校企合作建设实践实训基地;建设现代物流实验园;提高教师的实践实训教学能力.
