| 摘 要： | 借鉴社会网络理论和协同演化理论,探讨了国际合资企业不稳定研究的网络、社会、协同范式,基于这一范式,深入剖析了国际合资企业不稳定的演化机理和演化过程,并结合中外合资企业实际,提出了防范中外合资企业不稳定的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Using social network theory and coevolution theory,this paper explores the paradigm of network,society and coevolution of IJV's instability.On the basis of these,it analyzes the evolving mechanism and process of IJV's instability,combines with the practice of Sino-foreign joint ventures and brings forward suggestions against the instability of Sino-foreign joint ventures. |
