| 摘 要： | 司法公正是司法活动之应然价值目标。从伦理学的角度看，司法公正目标的实现，主要基于两点：法官的优良道德品质和制度伦理。本认为，在当代社会，司法公正之实现，不能仅寄希望于法官之优良品质之上，而必须以司法公正之价值要求为核心，结合司法活动的特点，确立明确的法官伦理的制度化规则，但制度伦理的最终贯彻落实又有赖于具体的法官个体，因此，在强化制度建设之时，决不能忽视道德教育和品质培养的重要意义。

| Abstract: | From the view of ethics, the realization of judicial justice has two points as its basis: lawyer's moral quality and law's systematic principles. In modern society, we can not only rely on the good qualities of lawyers, but on the judicial justice as its core, and try to establish the systematic regulations of lawyer's moral principles. The carry-out of the regulations rely on the moralities of the judges, so both of moral education and character cultivation can not be ignored in constructing its establishment. |
