| 摘 要： | 体育素质教育是广义素质教育中不可分割的组成部分，它面向全体学生，以为社会育人为根本目的，以体育实践为其主要手段促进学生生动、活泼、主动地发展。本针对体育教学过程中实施素质教育所不同于其他学科的特点，阐述了提高大学生身体素质、增强学生身心健康、培养学生创新能力的重要意义和基本要求。

| Abstract: | Physical quality education is an inseparable part in Quality Education. It promotes students' development in the mode of liveliness, vividness, and initiative physical training to realize the basic goals of cultivating qualified students for the society. This article explains some unique characteristics of quality education in PEclass, which differs from other subjects. It also describes the main requirements and ways to improve students' physical quality, strengthen their health both physically and mentally, and cultivate their ability of creativeness. |
