| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法等研究方法对影响体育场馆安全的因素,包括突发事件、自然灾害和不可抗力、设施设备故障等,以及其突发性、公共危害性和紧迫性的特征进行分析。研究发现:体育场馆安全防卫管理要按照国家标准,做好场馆前期设计规划;在承担大型赛事的过程中,组织机构严密,处置机构灵活,物资调配畅达,人力储备充足是体育场馆赛事举办过程中危机防范和应急处置的必要条件。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, etc. , it does the research on the factors that affect the safety of sports venues, including emergencies, natural disasters and force majeure, facilities, equipment failure, and the characteristics of sudden, public dangers and urgency. The results show： the security and defense management of the large - scale stadiums must be in accordance with national standards, do a good job of the venues preliminary design and planning, and in the process of undertaking large - scale events, it is necessary to establish a strict organi- zation and a flexible response mechanisms, to deploy hardware supplies, to reserve adequate human resources. |
