| 摘 要： | 从知识分工与积累、知识市场的路径依赖和知识能力过剩3种经典原理分析战略联盟形成的机理。进一步以企业知识理论揭示战略联盟过程中知识聚合、重组和激活的形成方式，提出了基于知识观的战略联盟方式的选择模式。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the mechanism of strategic unjon formulation from three classical principles: knowledge division and accumulation, route dependence of knowledge market, and overmuch of knowledge capacity. Then it further analyzes the formulation mode of knowledge aggregation ,reorga-nization and activation in the process of strategic union, discovered from the theory of enterprise knowledge. At last it puts forward the method for selecting the mode of strategic union based on the view of knowledge. |
