| Abstract: | It＇s a powerful guarantee to optimize the administrative efficiency for the scientific development of the local universities. On the base of analyzing the problems existing in administrative work of local universities, the paper offers the solutions which are innovating the ideas of management, optimizing the administrative system, standardizing the administrative procedure and improving the executive capability of administrative staffs. |
