| 摘 要： | 职业不幸福是现代人职业生活的一个普遍现象,造成这种现象的原因多种多样,但深层原因是人的"内在小孩"受到了伤害。教育帮助人们寻找职业幸福感,职业教育也要警惕功利化,不能"把人的培养看成是制造GDP的工具"。在职业教育中,唤醒学生沉睡的潜能,使他们对未来职业生活怀有梦想,比单纯的职业技能训练重要得多。

| Abstract: | It is quite common in modern professional life that people feel little happiness from their work.Various reasons can be listed to explain this phenomenon.However,the underlying reason is that people’s "inner child" has been hurt.Vocational education should help people pursue their professionalwell-being and avoid the utilitarian perspective of "making individual a tool for a larger GDP." Vocational education should help students awake their hidden potential and form a sweet dream for future professional life.This is more important than training only professional skills. |
