摘 要: | 采用高效液相色谱法对小麦中尿囊素含量进行测定.色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为V甲醇∶V水=5∶95,柱温30℃,流速0.5 mL/min,HPLC测定尿囊素含量变异系数小于1.1%,回收率为95.80%~105.4%,最低检出限0.5μg/mL.

Abstract: | The contents of the allantion in wheats are determinated by HPLC.The column is kromasil C18,mobile phase is methanol:water(5∶95,V∶V),the flow rate is 0.5 mL/min,the column temperature is 35 ℃.The coefficient of variation of allantoin content is determined less than 1.1% by HPLC,the recovery is 95.80%~105.4%,the minimum detection limit is 0.5 μg/mL. |
