| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了美国CIC图书馆联盟在电子资源集团采购上的组织管理、基本原则、采购步骤、许可协议及合作伙伴。结合我国图书馆联盟在电子资源集团采购中的某些不足，提出要以CIC的成功经验为鉴，在集团采购电子资源时，图书馆联盟应制定合理的采购原则、建立科学的管理组织和运作机制、重视许可协议的规范性问题，加强跨部门跨机构的合作。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the organization, principles, puchase steps, license agreements and collaborative partners of electronic resources purchases in CIC. Then, the article proposes that we should use CIC’s successful experiences for reference, library consortia should constitute appropriate principles, build a good mechanism, pay attention to the standardization of license agreement and strengthen collaborations between library consortium and other organizations in the consortium purchases. |
