| 摘 要： | 国家文化安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。维护和加强国家文化安全对于保障国家安全、促进社会经济发展、增强社会凝聚力、保护人类文化多样性都具有非常重要的意义。当前,我国的国家文化安全正面临全球化、文化帝国主义以及文化分裂主义的严峻挑战与威胁。维护和加强国家文化安全必须从观念上高度重视,大力推进有中国特色的社会主义先进文化建设,借鉴国际上的宝贵经验,建立国家文化安全预警机制,充分发挥学校教育在培养青少年学生国家文化认同方面的主导作用。

| Abstract: | Cultural security, which belongs to the domain of the so-called non-traditional security, is presently a crucial part of national security. It has great significant to maintain and strengthen the cultural security of a nation, especially in current China. However, the cultural security in current China is confronted with numerous problems and challenges, such as threat from unfair state of globalization, hegemony of cultural imperialism, forms of cultural separatism, belief in historical nihilism and the western-centralism. It is hence obligatory to emphasize the issues of cultural security in China, to improve the construction of advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, to learn from the outside world, to establish a forecasting system and to understand and complete the mission of public schooling for cultural security identity of our nation. |
