| 摘 要： | 建设学习型政党是党的十七届四中全会提出的重大战略任务,同时强调要把党的各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织。本文论述了建设学习型党组织的重要意义,并立足于基层党组织建设,着重探讨了将基层党组织建设成为学习型党组织的实现路径。
