| 摘 要： | 党务公开是高校党内民主建设的内在要求,作为区别于公办高校的独立学院,党务公开更是保障党员权利、推进党内民主、强化党内监督和调动学院广大党员的积极性的需要。在独立学院党建工作中应该加强党务公开工作的实效性,从而推进独立学院的党内民主建设和党务工作的健康发展。
