| 摘 要： | 人民陪审员制度是我国司法制度的一项重要内容。有利于扩大公民参与国家管理,弥补审判力量的不足,促进审判独立,保证司法公正。文章通过对人民陪审员制度的立法沿革和作用进行分析,指出目前我国人民陪审制度尚存在一些不足,需从立法、制度建设等方面加以完善。

| Abstract: | The people's juror system is an important content of China's judicial system which can make up for the insufficiency that the judge places on trial,supervise judge's administration of justice as well as guarantee judicial justice.By analyzing the present situation of the people's juror system,this paper points out the deficiencies of the people's juror system which should be improved in terms of legislation and system. |
