| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一种全新的教育思想，是涉及教育观念、体制、结构、内容和教学方法的一场深刻变革。创新精神是素质教育的核心，培养具有创新能力的人才是时代的呼唤。高等学校必须把培养学生的创新精神和创新能力摆在突出的位置，作为教育教学改革的重要内容和迫切任务。
