摘    要:在教师发展学校的建设中要重视教育自身的生命和生活,重视教师发展学校建设之共有属性的探索,重视教师发展学校的工作哲学。这种工作哲学包括把握方向、回归实践、合作发展、赋权教师、倚重制度、沟通教学研、文化互动、和而不同、着眼具体、操作多元等话语。

Abstract:The author thinks that the life of education itself, the research on the common attributes of building teacher development schools(TDS), and the running philosophy of the TDS should be pay much more attention in constructing the TDS. Among these contents, the author particularly emphasizes that the running philosophy should cover: mastering the goals, going back to the practices, collaborating for the development, empowering the teachers, highlighting the institutions coordination among teaching, learning and research, interaction with culture, differences in harmony, emphasis on concreteness, and operation in various ways.
