摘    要:随着高职办学模式的不断改革,以就业为向导,引导学生要学知识、懂技术、会运用,适应社会分工的需要。在这样的背景下,各职业学校大力推行一体化教学,在一体化教学中教师的能力则成为提高教学质量的关键。本文分别从理论授课、操作技能指导和教学活动组织等方面,结合"汽车电控发动机"课程的教学,就教师应具备的能力进行了探讨,以企教学质量的提高。

Abstract:With the continuing reform of vocational school system, to obtain employment for the guide, guides a student to be going to learn knowledge, to know the technology, will use to meet the social division of labor needs. Under such background, every vocational school carries out integration teaching energetically, the teacher ability becomes the key enhancing the quality of education then in integration teaching. In this paper, theoretical teaching, operational skills to guide and teaching activities and other aspects of the organization, combined with "Auto Electronic Control Engine" course, they should have the ability of teachers were discussed in order to improve the quality of the teaching enterprise.
