| 摘 要： | 文章通过访谈法与问卷调查法,对参加2010年李宁杯大学生足球联赛决赛阶段10只队伍的教练员的具体情况进行了分析与研究,找出目前我国高校高水平足球教练员队伍在发展过程中存在的问题,从而为提高我国高校高水平足球教练员的综合素质,促进我国高校高水平足球运动的发展提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Through interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes and researches the situations of coaches of high-level football teams which took part in 2010 Li-Ning college students’ football league,finds out the problems during the progress of coaches of college high-level football teams,and gives help for the development of synthesized quality of coaches and college high-level football. |
