| 摘 要： | 个体私营经济经过20多年的发展，在国家经济、政治和社会生活中发挥了重要的作用。个体和私营经济发展速度快，但总量还是有限的，在发展过程中也存在着一些问题，必须加强管理和引导，促进其健康发展。

| Abstract: | Private economy, which has been developing for over 20 years, is now playing an important role in economy, politics as well as social life. Both micro-economy and private economy have had a rapid development, but the gross is limited. Moreover, there exist some problems with economic development, so micro-economy and private economy must be well managed and directed to make them develop healthily. |
