| 摘 要： | 广州城市医疗卫生体系的建立和发展是广州城市近代化的重要内容,十三行直接或间接地促成广州成为西方医学进入中国的基地和中心。西方医学最初以十三行为依托之地,以传入牛痘术为突破,以引进现代医疗体制为发展,在广州扎根并逐步向中国各地发展。西方医学进入广州后,在医疗机构及队伍建设、医疗管理、医疗救济等方面为广州市民提供了前所未有的医疗保障,使清代中后期广州现代医疗卫生体系得以初建并不断发展,为近代广州城市现代化作出重要贡献。

| Abstract: | Establishment and development of Guangzhou urban medical treatment and public health system was an important content in Guangzhou urban modernization.Introduced into Guangzhou,western medicine used Cowpox treatment to break,provided medical insurance that Guangzhou citizens have never had in medical establishment,remedy and management,set up and developed the Guangzhou urban medical treatment and public health system in the Qing Dynasty.It made important contribution to Guangzhou urban modernization. |
