| 摘 要： | 对中共十六大“全面建设小康社会”思想进行了初步分析,认为这一思想主要包括发展前景、发展目标、战略意义及实现途径等方面,初步形成了全面建设小康社会的理论轮廓,使得我国21世纪头20年实现全面小康社会的奋斗目标有了明确的指导思想。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a tentative analysis of "building the overall well-to-do society" put forward by the 16th Congress of the CPC , then expounds that this ideology mainly includes these aspects such as development prospects, development goal, strategic significance and approaches of achievement and so on, which initially forms the theory outline of building the overall well-to-do society. Thus, there is a clear guiding ideology for the objective of the struggle of accomplishing overall well-to-do society in the first two decades of 21st century in China. |
