| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员在高职学生成长、成才以及推进学校和谐发展的进程中发挥着重要的作用，但目前高职的辅导员队伍建设沿用高校辅导员队伍建设的传统做法，不适合高职学生的实际状况，急需以长效机制为目标来建设辅导员队伍，这是适应高等教育大众化发展新形势的需要，更有利于重构高职院校的服务体系。应从完善聘任考核体系、健全保障机制和提升职业素养等几方面着重辅导员队伍建设的长效机制，才能取得预期效果。

| Abstract: | College counselors play an important role in the growth of vocational college students and the harmonious development of colleges. But the present construction of counselors＇ team in vocational colleges still adopts traditional methods, which can not meet the students＇ needs. Effective system of counselors＇ cultivation is urgently needed to satisfy the new situation of the mass development of high education and to reconstruct the service system of vocational colleges. The expected goal of a sound counselors＇ cultivation system can he achieved by improving the appointment and evaluation system, strengthening the security system and promoting the professionalism. |
