| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市五个市区15所中学150名体育教师的问卷调查分析,认为目前中学体育教师专业化发展存在着认识论困境与实践论困境,具体表现在专业发展意识强而能力不足、专业发展目标模糊、科研能力不强、专业发展途径单一等方面。提出了激发体育教师专业发展的动力,制定适合自己发展潜力和需求的专业发展规划,＂学会学习＂,提高合作意识,建立＂学习共同体＂,积极推进高校体育教育专业课程改革等对策。

| Abstract: | The authors think that there exists difficulty to understand and implement the professionalization of contemporary P.E.teachers in middle schools after a questionnaire covering 150 P.E.teachers in 15 middle schools located in 5 districts in Shanghai.The difficulty is manifested by the phenomenon that though the public are in a hot pursuit to take PE as their major,most of them lack the ability.The P.E.majors are unaware of the utmost goal of the major,unqualified for scientific researches.Besides,the prospect for the major is bleak.That＇s why we＇d like to put forward the proposal to encourage the development of the P.E.majors in an all-round way,lay out a major development plan suitable for personal potentials and requirements,＂learn to be a smart-learner＂,enhance cooperation and establish ＂the system of collaborative learning process＂.Thus,we can play an active role in promoting the reform on P.E.major courses in the institutions of higher learning. |
