| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,关键是人。“三农”问题的本质是农民问题。发展教育,培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,提高农民的整体素质,是建设社会主义新农村的必由之路。在这个过程中,现代远程教育以其自身的特点和优势,具有不可替代的地位和作用。
