| 斜茎黄芪的染色体研究 |

| 摘 要： | 以斜茎黄芪为材料，采用染色体常规压片技术，进行染色体标本制备、染色体观察和染色体计数。结果表明：0．003mol／L 8-羟基喹啉预处理2h，卡诺固定液固定2—24h，1mol／L盐酸室温下解离15min，卡宝品红染色，制片效果理想。染色体数目2n=16，为首次报道。

| Abstract: | The material of this experiment was Astragalus adsurgens Pal. Squashing method was used to count the chromosome number and choose the quite ideal method of chromosome processing. Many of mitosis metaphase cells, with their chromosomes well scattered were counted. The suitable processing method was that using 0. 003mol/L 8 - hydroxyquinoline to separately pretreat 2 hours, fixing for 2 - 24 hours with Carnoy fixator, dissociating 15 min with the lmol/L hydrochloric acid, dying in the carbolic acid pingkish red solution. The chromosome number of Astragalus adsurgens Pal. is 2n = 16. |
