| 摘 要： | 《旅游法》的正式实施推动了旅游景区治理模式的变革创新。文章对《旅游法》中关于旅游景区治理方面的相关条例进行整理，从旅游资源管理、景区环境管理、接待服务设施管理、游客引导管理、景区收入管理和景区安全管理等6个方面，分析了《旅游法》对旅游景区治理的影响，并对其实施背景下旅游景区治理模式的变革进行了探讨，构建出适应《旅游法》治理要求的旅游景区治理模式。

| Abstract: | Tourism Law implements formally to promote the transformation and innovation of the tourist attractions governance model. The paper analyzes the relevant regulations about tourist attraction governance in Tourism Law, from the following six aspects, namely, tourism resources, scenic environment, hospitality services and facilities, tourist guide, scenic operation and security, the article expounds the influence of Tourism Law on the governance of tourist attractions, discusses the change of the governance of tourist attractions under the background of the implementation of Tourism Law, and establishes a tourist attraction governance model to suit the requirement of Tourism Law. |
