| 摘 要： | 近加年来,世界各国为了推动高新技术产业的发展,普遍采用孵化器与风险投资融合的模式.孵化器和风险投资在形成的背景、追求的价值、主要的服务功能、关注的空间和时间形态上有所不同,但在发展方向、运行模式、投资领域的专业化和退出方式上存在着很多的共同点,并且在项目源、管理、资金和政策上存在着很强的互补性,两者的融合将是"双赢"或者"三赢"的结果,融合非常必要,彼此都有融合的利益和风险.因此,二者的融合成为一种必然的趋势,也必定能促进风险投资和孵化器的共同发展,寻求它们之间的融合机制也变得越来越重要.
