| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国高校数字图书馆建设中存在的一些基本问题，提出了加大图书馆数字化的资金投入、加强数字图书馆基础理论的研究、避免重复建设、妥善解决版权问题、培养适合数字图书馆建设要求的专业人才队伍、加强数据库建设等相应对策。

| Abstract: | Some basic issues of digital library construction in universities in China were indicated and the corresponding countermeasures against those issues were also pointed out, which included increasing the financing investment, enhancing the studies on library theory, avoiding repetitive construction, dealing with validly the copyright, cultivating professional person with ability to adapt to digital library, and strengthening the data construction in this paper. |
