摘    要:工学结合是我国高职教育人才培养模式的重大创新,从理论上来说,工学结合能够实现校企"双赢",但现实中,工学结合却处于"两难"的尴尬境地。究其原因,可以归结为两对"矛盾":一对是高职院校与企业之间的"矛盾";另一对是工学结合决策与执行之间的"矛盾"。工学结合要真正实现"双赢",必须处理好这两对"矛盾",明确高职院校、企业、地方政府的角色定位,构建高职院校、企业、地方政府三位一体的工学结合机制。
