| 摘 要： | 多级皮带传输系统凭借它自身的特点和优势在输煤系统中有着广泛的应用。通过设计PLC控制器程序对输煤系统进行顺序控制,同时采用组态王做上位监控软件。介绍了皮带传输系统及其工艺要求;采用西门子S7—200可编程控制器（PLC）做下位机控制,上位机则采用工业通用组态软件—＂组态王＂设计控制界面,并最终完成上下位机的通信以达到多级皮带的自动化控制。
