| 摘 要： | 【摘要】特色馆藏是图书馆的立馆之本，是高等院校评估的重要指标，特色文献资源建设是高校图书馆馆藏建设发展的必然，文章以北京青年政治学院图书馆青少年资料库建设为研究对象，梳理历史过程和现状，阐述其深远意义及发挥的作用，针对图书馆的馆藏现状提出研究思路。
