| 摘 要： | 探索适应数字化信息社会发展需要的现代化实践课的教学模式,加强法学专业学生的信息检索能力、信息运用能力和信息处理能力,培养复合型法学人才,已是法学专业信息检索课教学改革迫在眉睫的任务。数字化环境下法学专业文献信息检索课实践课教学要建立发现式、案例式、研究式等多元化的教学模式并将这些教学模式合理运用,有效的提高实践课教学艺术和教学效果,以培养法学专业学生的自学能力、研究能力和实践能力。
