| 摘 要： | 高等教育管理理论的发展过程就是一个不断人性化、整体化、战略化和网络化的过程。无论是“经济人”的物质欲还是“社会人”的归属欲，它们都是高等教育管理理论演变的人性基础。因此，要灵活地有意识地不失时机地运用人性假设理论进行管理，从而引导高等教育管理不断地走向人性化、科学化，推动高等学校民主管理的进程。
