| 摘 要： | 构建全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会，促进人的全面发展是全面建设小康社会的一个重要目标。实现这一目标，图书馆具有得天独厚的优势，而人力资源则是图书馆在构建学习型社会中能否发挥其主力军作用的关键性因素。文章着重就图书馆人力资源开发的途径及策略进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Structuring the studying society of the whole people's studying and lifetime study, promoting people's overall development is an important goal of building the well-off society in an all-round way. Realizing this goal, the library has the advantage of being gifted, and human resources is a key factor of the library giving play to the role of mainstay among structuring the studying society. This article has carried on the discussion on the way and tactics of manpower resources development of the library emphatically. |
