| 摘 要： | 目前，高等师范教育技术专业的学生在教育实习中暴露出与新课改要求差距较大的问题，主要表现在学校重专业轻师范，忽视师范生基本技能培训及相关理论研究滞后等。本文就加强师范生基本技能的培训、重建教育实习机制、建立本科生导师制及开设中学信息技术课程教学的研究课程等方面进行阐述，以培养他们的从师技能。

| Abstract: | At present,the problem of the gap to the requirements of new curriculum reforming is exposed during the students school practice.It shows that normal universities put more emphasis on the professional studies than training students' teaching skills and covering theoretical investigation lags behind.The author gives a detailed explanation about cultivation of teaching skills,rebuilding educational practice system, setting up tutorial system for undergraduates and establishing research courses of middle school information technology teaching,in order to cultivate students executive skills. |
