| 摘 要： | 当代中国正在构建社会主义和谐社会，阶层和谐亦涵盖其中，实现社会阶层分化中的公正是构建和谐社会的关键点之一。社会阶层分化中的公正问题也引起了政府和社会的广泛关注。本文分析了目前我国社会阶层的现状，阐述了社会阶层分化过程中的不公正现象以及对社会和谐产生的影响，最后提出了实现阶层分化中的公正对构建社会主义和谐社会的重要性。

The justice problems in stratum differentiation are high governme In this pa the prese lyf nt a per, ut s oeused by nd society. we analyze ituation of Chinese social stratum, and expose some injustice phenomenon existing in process of social strat differentiation and the um its influences to harmonious society. Lastly, the paper points out the importance of justice social differentiation to stratum socialist harmonious society. |
