| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对上海市退役运动员安置现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:运动员目前从事的工作与期望有落差;部分运动员待安置时间长;安置方式主要有组织安置、自主择业及继续教育;部分运动员对社会保险情况不了解;半数以上运动员未参加过职业技能培训。建议:强化组织安置的执行力度;鼓励退役运动员自主择业;增加退役运动员享受高等教育的机会;完善退役运动员的社会保险;丰富退役运动员职业技能培训体系。 |

| Abstract: | With the methods of questionnaire and interview,the study investigates and analyzes the current situation of retired athletes’ relocation in Shanghai.The study shows that there is a gap between what they take up at present and their expectations;there is long waiting span for relocation for some retired athletes.The form of relocation covers organization designation,choosing their occupations by themselves and further education.It also finds out that some athletes have no idea about social insurance and over half of them have never had vocational training.The study puts forward some proposals,that is,to strengthen the power of organization complementation,to encourage retired athletes to choose their occupations by themselves;to ensure the opportunity of further education for them,to complete social insurance and to enrich the vocational training system for retired athletes. |
