| Abstract: | TV is one of the most important media now. It can give the positive impact on the youth through broadcasting the healthy programs, but on the other hand it can disturb the value point of the youth and even make them to rely on violence through some unhealthy programs. Therefore it needs to enhance the control and management to the TV programs. |
