| 摘 要： | 随着高校持续扩招，学生人数逐年增加，并受到当下社会环境的影响，违纪学生数量和违纪种类也逐渐增多。其实，造成学生违纪的最主要原因是学生的心理和认知问题，只有帮助学生养成健康的心理，才能从根本上解决学生违纪现象。高校辅导员作为与学生最为亲近的教育管理者对学生的违纪行为要正确对待，积极创造机会，寻找学生身上的闪光点，加强心理方面的疏导，把爱无私奉献给每一名学生，让学生健康成长。

| Abstract: | With the continuous expansion of enrollment, the number of students has increased year by year. Influenced by the social environment, the number and the type of students discipline violation has gradually increased. In fact, the main reason that causes the student discipline violation is the psychological and cognitive problems of students, so the problem can be solved fundamentally only by helping students develop the fight psychology. As the closest education manager of students, college counselors should treat the action correctly, create opportunities actively, look for the excellent points in students, strengthen psychological counseling, devote selfless love to every student, and make students grow up healthy and sound. |
