| 摘 要： | 降低单位GDP能耗和提高全要素生产率是当前我国经济发展目标体系中的两大目标。本文运用单位根检验-协整检验该差修正模型对1952—2006年间我国单位GDP能耗与全要素生产率的相关性进行了实证分析，结果显示：两者存在显著且稳定的线性负相关，全要素生产率的提高能有效地降低单位GDP能耗。同时也显示：工业化会严重破坏两者的这种负相关关系，引起单位GDP能耗的迅速上升，这可以解释1952—1977年间两者的正相关关系和2002年以后单位GDP能耗的再度上扬。单位GDP能耗、全要素生产率与工业化之间存在的这种实证关系，对于宏观经济政策制定具有重要的参考意义。

| Abstract: | Reducing per unit GDP energy consumption(PUGEC) and improving total factor productivity(TFP) are two major goals in our country's economic development.This paper applies Unit Root Test,Co-integration Test,and Error Correction Model to analyze the correlation between PUGEC and TFP during the period of 1952-2006.Results show that there is distinct and steady negative correlation between them,which indicates improving TFP effectively reduces PUGEC.Results also show that industrialization severely changes such negative correlation between PUGEC and TFP through inducing high growth of PUGEC,which is useful to understand the abnormities during 1952-1977 and after 2002.The empirical relationship between PUGEC,TFP and industrialization analyzed in this paper can provide important reference for making macro-economic policies. |
