| 摘 要： | 分析了组织知识社区和组织知识网络之间的关系,并运用社会网络聚类的方法来分析组织知识网络从而对组织知识社区进行分析。此外还针对一个科研组织建立了组织知识网络并对其知识社区进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between organization knowledge community and organization knowledge network,and then analyzes the organization knowledge community through the analysis of organization knowledge network based on social network cluster.In addition,organization knowledge network of a research organization is constructed and the knowledge community is analyzed. |
